777con Terms and Conditions – Rules Governing Your Account and Play

By accessing the 777con website at 777con.bet, creating an account, depositing funds, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 777con ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our").

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the 777con platform, create an account, or make any financial transaction through the site. Continued use of 777con following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

These Terms are written in English and are intended for players located in Pakistan. By using 777con, you confirm that you are accessing the platform from a location where online gaming is not expressly prohibited for your personal use.

To register and maintain an account at 777con, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout your continued use of the platform:

• You must be registering as an individual and acting entirely on your own behalf — not on behalf of another person, business entity, or organisation.

Each individual is permitted to hold one account only on 777con. Creating, operating, or having access to more than one account — whether under the same or different personal details, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in immediate permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

When registering your 777con account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, valid Pakistani mobile number, and any other information requested during the registration process or subsequent verification checks. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is grounds for immediate account termination.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your password and any OTP codes received on your registered mobile number.
• You must notify 777con immediately at support@777con.bet if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• 777con will never ask you to share your password via email, live chat, or phone. Do not share your login credentials with anyone.
• Account credentials must not be transferred to or shared with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility, regardless of who carried it out.

Identity verification (KYC) is required before processing any withdrawal from your 777con account. Required documents typically include a valid national identity card (CNIC) and proof of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable period may result in withdrawal being withheld pending documentation.

All financial transactions on 777con are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following terms govern how deposits and withdrawals are processed on the platform.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount at 777con is Rs 500. Supported deposit methods include Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. Deposits are credited to your 777con account balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. 777con does not charge any fees on deposits.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your qualifying deposit wherever possible. Processing time to Easypaisa and JazzCash is typically 1–3 hours. IBFT transfers may take up to one business day. 777con does not charge withdrawal fees.

• Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods belonging to the registered account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• 777con reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal at its discretion.
• Funds deposited through promotional channels or matched as bonus funds may be subject to wagering requirements before they qualify for withdrawal. See Section 6 for full bonus terms.
• In cases where 777con suspects that deposits have been made in error, fraudulently, or through unauthorised access, the relevant amounts may be frozen pending investigation.

Placing any bet or wager on 777con — whether on cricket, card games, poker, slots, or any other offered format — constitutes acceptance of the specific game rules and betting conditions applicable to that game or market, in addition to these General Terms and Conditions.

All bets are placed at the player's own risk. Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by 777con, it is final and cannot be amended or cancelled by the player, except where 777con's specific game rules explicitly permit cancellation (for example, in certain in-play cricket betting scenarios where a match is suspended).

Cricket betting markets at 777con are settled according to the official results declared by the relevant cricket board (PCB, ICC, or other governing body as applicable). In the event of a match being shortened, Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) adjustments or revised targets will be used where applicable, and markets will be settled accordingly.

For digital games (slots, Ludo, Andar Bahar, and similar), all outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator software. Poker hand histories and live dealer game footage are available for review for a period of 30 days. If you believe a game result was incorrect, contact support within 72 hours with your game reference number.

777con offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing players. All promotional offers are subject to these General Terms and Conditions as well as the specific terms published on each individual promotion page at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict, the promotion-specific terms take precedence for that offer.

• Welcome Bonus: The 100% deposit match welcome bonus is available to new players on their first qualifying deposit only. Minimum qualifying deposit is Rs 500. Maximum bonus is Rs 10,000. The bonus is valid for 30 days from the date of credit.
• Wagering Requirements: Each bonus has a stated wagering requirement (the total amount you must bet before bonus funds convert to real withdrawable PKR). Cricket betting bonuses at 777con carry a 1x wagering requirement. Casino and card game bonuses typically carry a 10–20x requirement. The specific requirement is shown clearly on each promotion page before you claim.
• Game Contribution: Different game types contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements. Cricket betting and slots typically contribute 100%. Table games (Baccarat, Blackjack) typically contribute at a lower rate. Poker cash game play typically does not contribute. Full contribution tables are published on the 777con Promotions page.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one deposit-linked bonus may be active on a 777con account at any time. If you have an active uncompleted bonus and claim a new deposit bonus, the original bonus may be forfeited. Cashback bonuses run independently of deposit bonuses.
• Abuse Prevention: 777con reserves the right to withhold or reverse any bonus, and to close accounts where promotional abuse is detected. This includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses, coordinating with other players to exploit bonus terms, and placing hedging bets designed to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk.

777con is committed to maintaining a fair, honest, and enjoyable gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances, with no right of appeal:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to assist in game play or betting decisions without the express written consent of 777con.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or malfunctions in any 777con game or system for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through a known or discovered technical error will be voided.
• Engaging in collusion with other players — for example, sharing hole cards in poker games or co-ordinating bets to guarantee a profit across two or more accounts.
• Accessing the 777con platform using a VPN, proxy, or any method intended to disguise your true location or identity.
• Participating in money laundering or attempting to use 777con as a mechanism to move, obscure, or legitimise funds from any illegal source. 777con complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and will report suspicious activity as required.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing other players, dealers, or 777con staff through any communication channel on or related to the platform.

777con employs monitoring systems to detect irregular betting patterns, account activity anomalies, and technical abuse. If your account is flagged for investigation, it may be temporarily suspended pending review. 777con will endeavour to resolve investigations promptly and communicate outcomes to you by email.

777con takes responsible gaming seriously. We provide tools to help you manage your play and we encourage all players to use them. The following tools are available directly from your account settings without requiring a support request:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Once set, a limit can be decreased immediately but may only be increased after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for any single gaming session. You will receive an alert when your limit approaches and be logged out when it is reached.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your 777con account for a period of your choosing (24 hours to 30 days) without permanently closing it.

777con does not market directly to players who have self-excluded or are on cooling-off periods. We do not contact players who have set deposit limits with offers that would require them to increase those limits.

The collection, storage, and use of your personal data by 777con is governed by the 777con Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions by reference. By agreeing to these Terms, you also agree to the Privacy Policy.

In summary, 777con collects only the data necessary to operate your account and comply with our legal obligations. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. It is not sold to or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by contacting support@777con.bet.

777con may be required to share data with regulatory or law enforcement authorities where required by applicable law. In such cases, we will comply with the legal obligation and notify you where we are legally permitted to do so.

All content on the 777con platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, software, game interfaces, text, promotional materials, and any other content — is the intellectual property of 777con or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 777con platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the 777con platform or its content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any 777con software.
• Use the 777con name, logo, or brand in any way that implies endorsement or association without explicit written permission.
• Create derivative works based on 777con content or software.

Any unauthorised use of 777con intellectual property will be treated as a material breach of these Terms and may be subject to legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 777con's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — is limited to the amount of the deposits you have made to your 777con account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

777con shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or speculative losses, including loss of profits, loss of data, or reputational damage.
• Service interruptions caused by factors outside 777con's reasonable control, including but not limited to network outages, payment provider downtime, or force majeure events.
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Decisions made by you in relation to gaming strategy, bet placement, or financial management while using 777con.
• Technical malfunctions of your own device, browser, or internet connection while using the platform.

Either party may terminate the account relationship at any time.

You may close your 777con account at any time by contacting support@777con.bet. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method after identity verification, provided no outstanding bonus wagering obligations or investigation holds apply.

777con may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any of these Terms and Conditions, including creation of multiple accounts, fraudulent activity, or collusion.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within the required timeframe.
• Suspicion of money laundering, use of fraudulently obtained funds, or other illegal activity.
• Abusive or threatening behaviour toward 777con staff or other players.
• Receipt of a chargeback request from your payment provider — which will immediately freeze all associated account activity pending investigation.

Where an account is closed by 777con for cause (i.e., as a result of a breach), any bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited. Real-money deposits may be returned at 777con's sole discretion depending on the nature of the breach.

777con reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players by email to their registered email address or mobile number, and will post a clear notice on the 777con platform for a minimum of 14 days prior to the changes taking effect.

Minor changes — such as formatting corrections, clarifications that do not alter the substance of any term, or corrections of obvious errors — may be made without prior notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision.

Your continued use of 777con after the effective date of any change constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the updated Terms, you must stop using the platform and request account closure.
